How to Use the Platform
Learn how to use the Complaints Platform provided by the Central Bank for efficient and secure resolution of your concerns.
- Access the following link : https://complaint.app.cbi.iq
- You will be redirected to the OR Portal, an official and trusted government portal. A dedicated account will be created for you. First, log in, and you will be automatically redirected to the Complaint Management System platform.
- The platform interface includes an electronic complaint form that outlines the details required to submit complaints.
- Complaints must be supported with documents, photos, or evidence by attaching files.
- Complete all the required sections in the form. Once done, your complaint will be submitted, and you can also track it using a unique code sent to you via a text message to the phone number provided in the complaint.
